HR Payroll Specialist

Manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents for accurate processing. Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates. Provide internal customer service by resolving employee inquiries related to payroll concepts, deductions, and pay statements. Administer and monitor employee benefits while participating in internal and external audits for Accounting and Social Security compliance. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects to enhance payroll and HR operations. Requires knowledge of Tress and SAP payroll/accounting systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and understanding of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll income tax legislation.
