HR Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Conduct monthly payroll processing, including data entry, maintenance of employee records in SAP HCM, and calculation of statutory and tax payments. Manage correspondence with insurance carriers and authorities, handle reporting requirements, and process pension provisions. Serve as the contact point for leadership and staff regarding social security and tax questions while generating relevant personnel statistics. Support HR projects such as SAP SuccessFactors implementation. Requires at least three to five years of operational payroll experience, strong knowledge of German social security and tax law, and proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Office. Flexible working hours with a hybrid model within Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- idealerweise mit Weiterbildung als Personalfachkauffrau/-mann
- Mindestens 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen Entgeltabrechnung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
- Hohe Systemaffinität und ein versierter Umgang mit SAP HCM
- versierter Umgang mit SuccessFactors
- versierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbständige, gewissenhafte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
