Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end HR administration and payroll support across the employee lifecycle by preparing and maintaining employee documentation, managing attendance and leave records, and handling onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding activities. Ensure timely and accurate payroll data processing while maintaining employee information in SAP, TETA, and other HR systems. Provide support to employees and managers on HR and payroll matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and Polish Labour Law. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and data analyses as required to support operational excellence and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, or a related field
- Familiarity with SAP
- Good working knowledge of HR and payroll systems such as TETA, RCP, OnPoint, PŁATNIK, and PUE
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Understanding of payroll processes and employee data management
- Advanced knowledge of Polish Labour Law
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
