Job Summary
Support HR and payroll operations for a global scaffolding company, ensuring workplace safety compliance and employee benefits administration at the Houston headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Hands-on experience processing payroll for multi-location or multi-branch environments.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and experience communicating benefit information to employees.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, and general HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Paychex or ADP payroll systems.
- Prior HR or payroll experience in a multi-branch or industrial/construction-related environment.
- Knowledge of safety compliance requirements, including OSHA standards.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR (a plus but not required).
