Job Summary
HR & Payroll Manager leading HR and payroll at the Chihuahua plant, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and succession planning, while overseeing weekly payroll processing and confidentiality of records. Requires strategic HR leadership, experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, proficiency with HRIS/payroll platforms (e.g., SAP/Workday), and bilingual Spanish/English communication; responsibilities include labor relations, policy development, audits, and KPI reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, including at least 3 years in payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g., TRESS, SAP, Workday, or similar).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
