Job Summary
Manage payroll operations by preparing, creating, and closing payroll runs, including monthly and annual social insurance and source tax tasks. Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding labor law, social insurance, and payroll inquiries while maintaining regular phone and written communication. Support clients with tasks throughout the entire HR lifecycle. Requires a commercial qualification, LGAV expertise, and proficiency in HR software like Mirus, Abacus, or Bexio. Based in Zurich's central Bahnhof Enge office with flexible hours and home-office options.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische (oder vergleichbare) Ausbildung
- Fundierte HR-Administrations- und Payroll-Berufserfahrung
- Hands-on Erfahrung mit dem LGAV
- Äusserst selbständige, effiziente und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse inklusive MS-Office
- Arbeitserfahrung mit mindestens einer der folgenden HR-Softwares: Mirus, Abacus und/oder Bexio
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute Englischkenntnisse

- Weiterbildung im HR oder Payroll (HR-Assistent:in, HR-Fachausweis, Payroll Spezialist:in) von Vorteil
- Hohe Affinität zur Gastronomie & Hospitality
