Job Summary

Process accurate and timely payroll from start to finish in ADP Workforce Now for a multi-department resort workforce, reviewing timekeeping records, resolving exceptions, and auditing pay components. Create and maintain employee profiles, coordinate administrative onboarding including Form I-9 completion, and assist with benefit enrollments and status changes. Respond to employee payroll questions, prepare routine HR and payroll reports, and support quarter-end and year-end activities while maintaining strict confidentiality. Work on-site at Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center in Callicoon, New York, on a flexible schedule based on payroll deadlines. Full-time, 40-hour role with hourly compensation ranging from $20.00 to $25.00. Requires formal ADP training and hands-on proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.

Required Qualifications

  • Formal ADP training
  • Current, hands-on proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
  • Ability to independently process payroll in ADP Workforce Now
  • At least two years of hands-on payroll-processing experience
  • Experience supporting an hourly, multi-department workforce
  • Working knowledge of payroll practices
  • Working knowledge of wage-and-hour rules
  • Working knowledge of payroll taxes
  • Working knowledge of authorized deductions
  • Working knowledge of garnishments
  • Working knowledge of confidential employee recordkeeping
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to learn and use HR, timekeeping, benefits, and reporting systems accurately
  • Exceptional attention to detail
