HR Payroll Consultant - Freelance

Oversee payroll processing, including salary slips, INPS and INAIL contributions, and tax deductions. Manage administrative procedures for hiring, terminations, and leave, while ensuring strict compliance with applicable collective labor agreements and legislative updates. Collaborate with internal HR departments, social security agencies, and external consulting firms to resolve anomalies and employee inquiries. Prepare periodic reports on labor costs, absenteeism, and budget for management review. Requires 2-3 years of experience in HR/payroll, a Partita IVA status, and a hybrid schedule in Milan.
