HR - Payroll Analyst

Own end-to-end payroll across UK, US, Singapore, Switzerland, Portugal, UAE, Cayman Islands, and Spain, managing starters, leavers, and backpay while resolving monthly discrepancies with the provider. Calculate accurate pay across hours, tax, national insurance, benefits, and leave, and directly resolve employee payroll queries. Lead year-end close across all entities and serve as the trusted point of contact for Finance and HR regarding accurate reporting and clean data. This role requires 3+ years in payroll within financial services or a multinational organization, with strong UK and US payroll knowledge. Salary is £45,000–£55,000. Hybrid working is available across global offices in London, the US, Singapore, Zug, and Malaga.
