Job Summary
HR & Payroll Administration Officer at IRB Barcelona to provide personnel administration support across onboarding/offboarding, contracts, compensation, HR policies, and payroll validation; participate in improvement projects; manage HRIS data accuracy and confidentiality; support labour relations, audits, and compliance with labour legislation; assist in time management processes and the preparation of labour-related documents; contribute to transversal department projects and offer advisory support on labour regulations. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan and advanced MS Office skills are required; relocation/visa assistance is available for this role. The position is full-time with a permanent contract based in Barcelona, Spain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Law or relevant field with similar emphasis on HR
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Spanish labour law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish and Catalan
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
