Job Summary
Partner with business and functional leaders across R&D, Commercial, and corporate functions to translate priorities into focused HR actions and strengthen overall business performance. Lead full-cycle site HR activities for the Shanghai Holding Office, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Build trusted partnerships to influence leaders, shape talent strategy, and drive organization effectiveness through workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making. Manage local government relations and optimize HR operational efficiency using Workday and Kayang systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum seven years of progressive HR experience
- HR business partnering or HR generalist experience in a multinational, matrix or complex business environment
- Solid understanding of China HR practices
- Solid understanding of employee relations
- Solid understanding of core employment compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills
