Job Summary

HR Partner will execute HR strategy in close partnership with People Operations and COEs, focusing on retention and development of team members while driving business results. Responsibilities include implementing HR plans to optimize utilization of HR, influencing behavior to promote safety and HR principles, identifying risk patterns in EEO/AA, championing EID initiatives, building team member networks for feedback-driven corrective action, coaching leadership for decision making and performance, partnering with leaders on workforce strategy and with COEs for execution, evaluating talent and development, monitoring program ROI, implementing innovative programs to prepare the workforce for the future, and supporting EVP/talent enablement improvements. Travel estimated at 25%. Tyson relocation eligible. Requires Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years experience, strong communication, confidentiality, and HR strategy execution capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years relevant work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people through workforce shaping
  • Strong analytical skills to drive efficiencies
  • Maintaining confidentiality
