Job Summary

Partner with the Head of People to deliver the organisation's people strategy and HR objectives, leading employee engagement, retention, and organisational development projects. Build strong relationships across the organisation to develop people plans aligned with strategic objectives and values, while acting as a senior HR contact for guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and absence management. Analyse people data to provide insights on workforce trends and attrition, manage the HR team, and contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives. Source and deliver cost-effective learning programmes, advise managers on employment legislation, and optimise HR systems. Deputise for the Head of People as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant HR experience (4+ years)
  • Experience in a senior HR advisory, HR Partner or Business Partner role
  • Experience spanning employee relations
  • Experience spanning recruitment
  • Experience spanning performance management
  • Experience spanning employee engagement
  • Experience spanning organisational development
  • Previous people management responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive workplace cultures
  • Ability to support employee engagement

  • Experience advising managers on complex people issues
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Third-level qualification

  • Ideally a related discipline
