Job Summary
HR Partner supporting Avionics Engineering & Programs at GE Aerospace. Serves as the first point of contact for ~300 employees and managers, providing counsel, coaching, and support on HR fundamentals and employee questions. Partners with Avionics leadership to drive workforce planning, talent development, and HR initiatives; leads key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance; delivers training and guidance on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and inclusion initiatives; emphasizes Lean/FLIGHT DECK principles to improve processes in a matrixed environment; requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years HR experience; relocation assistance provided; U.S. work authorization required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 3 years professional work in the Human Resources function with responsibilities such as recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee development or performance management
