Job Summary
Act as the operational right hand to the EMEA Chief People Officer, translating strategy into a prioritized roadmap and driving its execution. Remove friction and build processes that drive efficiency across the cross-functional HR Leadership team, while identifying and deploying AI tools to automate manual effort and sharpen insights. Own and drive the P&C EMEA roadmap, execution, and continuous improvement by leading critical projects that manage scope, timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes. Partner with the People Experience team to develop people dashboards, data analysis, and reporting. Report directly to the Chief People Officer, supporting initiatives that turn data, process, and AI into better business outcomes.
