Job Summary
HR Operations lead responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle management, onboarding, HRIS data integrity, payroll coordination, compliance, and policy execution. Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless employee experiences from offer to exit, including documentation, BGV coordination, payroll inputs, audits, and HR policy administration. Drive data reporting and dashboards (headcount, attrition, diversity) and own ISO, SOC 2, and statutory audits readiness. Must coordinate across India and other geographies, with a focus on structured processes, data accuracy, and employee experience. Location-based role in Bengaluru, India (office).
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll processes
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern HRIS
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Attention to detail and strong communication
