Job Summary
HR Operations Specialist provides accurate employee data administration, maintains HR systems, supports onboarding and offboarding, answers HR-related questions, and delivers dependable, customer-focused service. The role emphasizes data accuracy, compliance, and improvement of HR processes across the organization, with fluency in English and French and 1–2 years’ experience in HR/operations. Knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems, plus experience with SharePoint or ServiceNow and strong MS Office skills, is preferred. The position includes relocation support in Slovakia and offers hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French
- 1–2 years in HR, operations, or service environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with good organization skills
- Experience with databases and MS Office
- Preferred Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- HR Service Center experience
- Familiarity with Workday or other HR systems
- Experience with tools like SharePoint or ServiceNow
