Job Summary
HR Operations Specialist to support onboarding, HRIS administration (Paycom), compliance, leave administration, and employee support within a non-profit HR team. Responsibilities include onboarding coordination, HR mailbox triage, employee data maintenance, leave and workers’ compensation processes, and reporting/continuous improvement to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience. Requires collaboration with employees, managers, payroll, and leadership; experience with HRIS/payroll systems and strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may also be considered.
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
