Job Summary
Temporary HR Operations Specialist in NYC join Rockstar Games' global HR team. Responsibilities include participating in global HR workstreams, driving HR process improvements and system enhancements, coordinating internal communications across global HR and partner teams, creating and maintaining documentation (processes, programs, handbooks, user guides), conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity across HRIS, and staying current on trends, regulatory changes, and employment law. Requires 3+ years of HR operations experience, proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS, MS Office, Adobe, and Monday.com, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential tasks. Location: in-office at Rockstar’s NYC HQ in Downtown Manhattan; temporary assignment with full-time hours. Supports equal opportunity and accommodations in recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR experience partnering with a client group or business unit in HR operations areas (including payroll, benefits, and HRIS management).
- Solid knowledge and experience using Workday or similar HRIS, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe, and Monday.com.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across teams.
- Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple actions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with discretion on confidential and sensitive tasks.
