Job Summary
Manage statutory insurance administration and coordinate with government authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations. Support personal income tax reporting and coordinate employee benefits administration in partnership with the Manila Service Centre. Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR operations, benefits, and payroll, ensuring timely resolution. Identify and support the implementation of process improvements and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Partner with internal teams and external providers to deliver accurate, compliant HR services. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Math/HR operations, 2-4 years of experience, and proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Full-time role in Ho Chi Minh City.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any Business Course (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management) or Math/HR operations processing related Course
- 2-4 years of experience on HR operations, payroll, benefits, employment tax and statutory insurance
- Good operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- A proactive, independent, and customer-oriented mindset
- The ability to work effectively in a multicultural and changing environment
- A willingness to learn new processes, systems, and applications
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft applications and productivity tools
- Knowledge of Workday and/or SAP systems
