Job Summary
HR Operations Specialist responsible for organizing and maintaining personnel records, supporting payroll activities, updating internal databases, preparing HR documents, revising policies, liaising with external partners, generating HR metrics and reports, handling employee queries, processing benefits, participating in HR projects, and helping manage onboarding. 3-5 years of relevant HR/administration experience, payroll exposure, and advanced English are required. On-site Brazil (São Paulo) with benefits including meal vouchers, health insurance, and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of work experience as an HR Administrator, Operations, Generalist or relevant role will be considered an asset
- Previous experience and active involvement in Payroll activities
- MUST: Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
