Job Summary

Provide HR process, policy, and program level support to field HR Business Partners, COEs, and functional areas. Core duties include core HR and payroll support, creating and maintaining documentation and training materials, and generating reports and dashboards for workforce planning and compliance tracking. Process employee data changes, conduct data audits, and monitor operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency. Assist with stakeholder communications, internal and external audits, and HR technology initiatives by testing system updates and validating configurations. Develop annual process project plans and coordinate team resources for data testing and performance monitoring. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3+ years of experience required; Workday and Microsoft Suite proficiency essential. Minneapolis-based role.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Workday experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate and efficient results
  • High levels of critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite required
  • Strong customer service and advanced English communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Merger and acquisition experience is a plus
