Job Summary

HR Operations Specialist to support design and implementation of new HR policies and processes during an organizational separation, partnering with HR leadership to research, design, and implement solutions. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, project management across multiple separation initiatives, and the ability to build compelling narratives and PowerPoint decks to communicate approach, goals, progress, and impact. Responsibilities include designing brand-new HR policies from scratch, researching and designing programs, coordinating multiple initiatives from start to finish, identifying risks and interdependencies, and using data to support recommendations. Strong relationship-building, integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are essential, along with experience in HR domains such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy development.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years HR experience
  • HR Project Management experience
  • HR Operations experience
  • HR Business Partner experience (preferred)
  • Experience designing policies/processes in a corporate environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data to inform recommendations
