Job Summary
HR Operations Specialist will deliver efficient, accurate HR support across the full employee lifecycle, managing a high volume of queries and transactions, interpreting and applying HR policies and local legislation, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include handling leave, payroll inputs, contract documentation, and benefits administration; updating documentation and contributing to process improvements; managing Data Subject Requests for GDPR compliance; collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external providers to ensure seamless service; and supporting reporting and system activities while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent HR Operations/Administration experience
- Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a customer-focused environment
- Understanding of HR processes and ability to apply policies and local legislation
- Experience using HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
