Job Summary
HR Operations Specialist role focused on end-to-end HR administration in Dubai, including employee lifecycle documentation, contracts, compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration and visa coordination, leave management, HR records auditing, and data management within HRIS. The role collaborates with the HRBP and HRPP to improve operational processes, supports immigration-related documentation and government interactions, administers absence policies, maintains accurate records, processes invoices related to HR services, and supports audits. After probation, it offers a hybrid work arrangement (1–2 days from home) and an opportunity to stay in company-provided accommodation in Cyprus for business travel. Strong attention to detail, data interpretation, and English proficiency (B2) are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Personnel Administration
- Experience with UAE labor legislation and immigration processes
- Strong understanding of HR administration processes (onboarding, contracts, time tracking)
- Knowledge of HR reporting and analytics, data consolidation and audit preparation
- Understanding of HRIS systems and process automation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- English proficiency: B2 minimum
