Job Summary
HR Operations Specialist – US Contact Center provides first-line HR support to employees and managers via phone, email, chat, or case management. Responsible for guiding on US HR policies and employee lifecycle processes, processing HR transactions in Workday (hires, job changes, terminations, updates, and personal data changes), researching and routing/escalating issues as needed, maintaining accurate case notes and records, educating users on Workday self-service tasks, ensuring data privacy and internal controls, meeting service level targets, and partnering with HR, payroll, and benefits to resolve employee issues. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of HR/shared services/HR contact center experience, strong Workday skills, and night-shift availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- 2–5 years of experience in HR shared services, HR contact center, and HR operations
- Workday experience
- Strong knowledge of US HR processes and employee support practices
- Hands-on experience with Workday
- Proactive, customer-service minded attitude
- Willingness to work in Night shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high transaction team environment
- Shift – Night Shift (5:30PM to 2:30AM IST)
