HR Operations Specialist

Support HR advisory by responding to employee inquiries and model Group Purpose, Values, and Leadership behaviors in daily practice. Process HR transactions accurately to maintain performance trackers and ensure completeness of employee records for audits. Assist in ER and performance documentation while tracking deadlines and follow-through. Support employee engagement initiatives, including survey administration and action planning, and facilitate HR programs. Create OpCo-specific communications and collaterals to ensure timely release of HR messaging. Execute assigned HR processes in partnership with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence to deliver simple, accurate, and timely services. Join the expanding retail fuel business in Indonesia to support integration and future operations of the local entity.
