HR Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Execute HR Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, benefits management, HR systems maintenance, reporting, metrics, and more across HR service categories. Work with HRIS and case management tools to resolve operational issues, support process improvement, maintain compliance and high service standards, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while staying current on internal/external updates. Require a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of professional HR experience; fluency in Mandarin and English; ability to work independently or in a team; comfort with cross-functional collaboration and providing customer-focused service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, or Global Mobility Services is an advantage
- Solid understanding of local labor law and regulatory programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English
