Job Summary
Oversee offshore HR and operations for a US-based dental staffing firm, managing offshore HR policies, ensuring compliance with U.S. employment standards, coordinating hiring/onboarding/performance management/offboarding, and driving process automation to optimize collaboration between offshore and onshore teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of HR and operations experience, preferably in the recruitment, healthcare, or staffing industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Familiarity with U.S. labor laws, state employment regulations, and offshore workforce compliance standards
- Proven ability to streamline HR and operational workflows for efficiency and cost reduction
- Experience in managing payroll processes, benefits administration, and contract renewals for offshore staff
- Team leadership and remote coaching capabilities
- Experience with HRIS and ATS
- Excellent English communication skills and cross-border coordination
- Strong focus on employee engagement, retention, and remote-work culture
- Problem-solving and decision-making for continuous improvement
