Job Summary
The HR Operations & Recruiting Coordinator role involves supporting international recruiting and HR operations across MENA and APAC markets. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, serving as a point of contact for candidates, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The position demands maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with compliance tracking. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Required Qualifications
- Saudi national (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or international people support
- Professional, discreet, and confident working with confidential information
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable
- Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, global environment
