Job Summary
Process the Bank's semi-monthly and special payrolls by collecting and validating changes, preparing worksheets, entering data, reviewing previews, and resolving discrepancies. Maintain accurate employee and payroll records for promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and paid time off while creating system profiles for new hires and processing separations. Partner with ADP Workforce Now to troubleshoot issues, manage tax notices, and submit regulatory filings. Support recruiting activities, respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping and policies, and assist with benefits administration and audits. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data consistency across HR, payroll, and retirement systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Two to five years of related payroll and/or human resources experience
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with team members at all levels of the Bank
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with payroll/HR information systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Working knowledge of payroll practices, wage and hour requirements, payroll taxes, and payroll recordkeeping
