Job Summary
Own end-to-end payroll, including vendor management, audits, and issue resolution, while ensuring accurate processing of changes, bonuses, and equity items. Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, establish clear procedures for recurring HR processes, and administer incentive programs aligned with company philosophy. Develop scalable people policies, maintain compliance with federal and state laws, and prepare workforce planning reports for leadership. Optimize HR systems and workflows to ensure data integrity, automate manual processes, and serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all operations matters. Partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align and execute people processes that support organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience
- hands-on ownership of payroll, compensation, compliance, or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation, employment compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience managing HR systems, vendors, data, reporting, audits, and controls
- Proven ability to build scalable processes while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strong employee service
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and effectiveness in a fast-paced, evolving environment
