Job Summary
HR Operations Manager overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, and HR processes for Global Sourcing & Supply Division in Bahrain; responsibilities include developing recruitment plans, conducting interviews, liaising with external employment agencies and recruiters, managing job adverts, screening applicants, presenting offers and preparing employment contracts, conducting background checks and pre-employment testing, managing candidate lifecycle, developing recruitment plans via industry networking and college initiatives, coordinating onboarding and inductions, maintaining leave records and time & attendance, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with labor law and company procedures, updating HR systems, data reporting on cost-per-hire and time-to-hire, and supporting managers with career development and performance management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field
- Human Resource professional certifications - CIPD level 5 would be an added advantage
- A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
- Expert with various HRIS applications
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Applications
