Job Summary
HR Operations Internship in Barcelona focusing on 100% People Operations support across the globe. Under HR Operations Analyst guidance, assist with HR data maintenance in HiBob, explore new workflows in Bob, manage Notion knowledge bases, and support data audits for privacy compliance. Contribute to onboarding, lifecycle events, visa applications (Convenios), attendance tracking, benefits administration, and offboarding. Help organize team events and uphold Smadex culture. Requires strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and an interest in AI-enabled HR transformations. This is a 6-month full-time internship in Barcelona with potential to convert to an employee role based on performance; hybrid work arrangement with 2 days remote per week.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Immediate availability to start
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid command of Excel for data maintenance and reporting tasks
