Job Summary
HR Operations Consultant serves as a business operations consultant & liaison to HM business line leaders & COEs supporting operations, projects, programs & service delivery outcomes. Work with direction from the CHRO/Director HRBP across multiple operational HR areas, providing consultative support to implement HR strategy, workforce plans, and operational services. Responsibilities include ensuring HR programs meet delivery expectations, guiding leaders to identify local business needs, developing integrated solutions to resolve technical and business issues, serving as a technical resource for HRSC/COE information requests, conducting data integrity audits, preparing metrics and reports, maintaining HR intranet and policy updates, coordinating data transactions from organizational changes, and supporting engagement initiatives. Requires experience with data management, program management, communication materials, and liaison work between HR and executives, with a focus on delivering timely, compliant HR services and programs. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of progressively responsible HR experience, with strong computer skills (Excel, Word) and effective interpersonal communication. The role emphasizes leadership in HR operations, project management, data analysis, and adherence to applicable laws and Trinity Health policies. It is based at Holy Cross Health in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, with onsite/hybrid work potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
