Job Summary
HR Operations Analyst to join the HR team at MBPS. Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing for assigned geographies, managing periodic payroll and ad-hoc reports, year-end processes, processing statutory requirements for NSSF and taxation, HR operations reporting, and audit support. Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls; stay informed on payroll-related legislation; advise management on necessary actions; review processes and recommend improvements. Requires 2–3 years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Macros, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of Workday and other HR systems, strong collaboration across HR functions, and demonstrated ability to drive process excellence and transformational change. Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of related experience
- Knowledgeable in applicable tax, statutory, and labor regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Macros, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Workday and other HR systems
- Fast learner, detail-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively within and across HR functions
- Demonstrated ability to drive process excellence and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to understand and drive transformational change
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with excellent communication abilities
- Experience in customer service management, HR risk, and compliance
