Job Summary
Analyze, support, and improve HR operational processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and service excellence. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance employee and manager experience. Develop, maintain, and monitor key HR workflows, procedures, and operational controls while providing operational support across the employee lifecycle. Administer the contingent workforce program, including contractor onboarding, extensions, and offboarding, serving as a liaison between hiring managers and suppliers. Create and maintain job aids, standard operating procedures, process maps, and user documentation. Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce and operational data to support decision-making, developing reports and dashboards related to HR operations and contingent workforce activities. Support audits, compliance reviews, and management reporting. Partner with stakeholders across Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, vendors, and business teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, contingent workforce management, or related areas
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to cultivate healthy and effective cross-functional relationships
- Compliance and risk awareness with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and process controls
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with vendor management systems, such as VNDLY, and HR systems
- Experience supporting contingent workforce programs and vendor or supplier relationships
- Process improvement and operational excellence mindset
- Stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Documentation and knowledge management experience, including SOPs, job aids, process maps, and user documentation
- Reporting, dashboard, workforce analytics, and trend-identification experience
- Self-driven approach with the ability to think creatively and identify scalable solutions
