Job Summary
HR Operations Administrator role providing efficient and accurate HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Responsible for onboarding and lifecycle processes (contracts, offer letters, right-to-work checks, pre-employment screening, promotions, salary changes, transfers, offboarding), maintaining data integrity in HR systems (Workday), generating standard HR reports, and supporting payroll and benefits processes. Acts as a primary point of contact for candidates and managers, coordinates onboarding for contingent workers and third-party providers, liaises with IT/Facilities/Security to ensure system access and building access, delivers HR inductions, and keeps induction materials up to date. Requires strong data handling, attention to detail, UK employment law awareness, GDPR compliance, experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), and CIPD certification or progression. Demonstrates process improvement mindset and stakeholder management, with capability to support audits, policy updates, and global HR process standardisation.
