Job Summary
Deliver end-to-end Poland HR administrative services including employment contract amendments, statutory confirmations, year-end tax statements, and social security registrations. Maintain compliance with Polish labor law and documentation retention requirements while managing employee medical checkups and hard-copy personnel files. Act as a subject matter expert for HR administrative topics, responding to employee inquiries and supporting audits with accurate reporting. Monitor garnishments, cooperate with bailiffs, and ensure data integrity across HR and payroll systems. Contribute to process optimization projects and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Poland HR Administrative services.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in Polish HR Operations, Payroll support, or statutory administration
- Hands-on experience with local compliance-driven HR processes in Poland (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Polish labor law and employment documentation
- Knowledge of Social security and tax reporting obligations
- Knowledge of Platnik system and ePUE platform
- Knowledge of Garnishments, certificates, and statutory filings
- Hands-on responsibility for employee lifecycle documentation (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, terminations, work certificates)
- Experience working with Workday system is an advantage
- Fluent Polish (mandatory)
- Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail, quality and due dates
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently in a compliance-driven environment
- Clear communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with global payroll providers (e.g. ADP or similar) is an advantage
