Job Summary
Create and maintain new employee profiles and system accounts in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate data across payroll, benefits, and time-tracking. Process new-hire paperwork and documentation, including Form I-9 verification and tax forms, in compliance with federal and California requirements. Conduct bilingual onboarding presentations and orientations for field and office employees, and administer onsite drug testing in accordance with company policy. Serve as the primary contact for new hires while partnering with HR, payroll, and hiring managers to coordinate timely onboarding across all AMPAM locations. Maintain onboarding records and trackers, support audits, and provide ad hoc support to the HR team. Requires one to two years of onboarding experience, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and ADP Workforce Now expertise. Full-time, U.S. work authorization required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- One to two years of onboarding, HR, or administrative experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS/payroll system
- Knowledge of federal and California new-hire compliance (Form I-9, E-Verify)
- Ability to perform onsite drug/alcohol testing per company policy (collector training provided)
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship
