Job Summary

Manage Workday Recruiting, HCM, and onboarding workflows by troubleshooting escalations, analyzing root causes, and recommending sustainable process improvements. Resolve issues related to requisition routing, organizational assignments, security access, and downstream integrations while partnering with HRIS, Payroll, Compliance, and IT leaders. Maintain workforce data integrity through audits, quality assurance, and adherence to governance standards to support reporting and workforce planning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience supporting HR operations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, workforce administration, or related functions within a healthcare or complex organizational environment
  • Experience working within Workday Recruiting, HCM, onboarding, or similar HR systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, workflow gaps, and operational improvement opportunities
  • Experience troubleshooting escalations, resolving process or system-related issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive solutions
  • Knowledge of HR compliance standards, onboarding practices, employment processes, and workforce data management principles
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, HRIS platforms, and operational reporting
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and customer service
  • Strong communication, collaboration, relationship management, and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering a high-quality employee experience
  • Measles, mumps, varicella, and annual influenza immunizations

Desired Qualifications
