Job Summary
Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees while assisting with employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance issues. Manage recruitment processes from advertising to onboarding and coordinate new starter and leaver processes, including exit interviews. Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR documentation, and support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and ongoing projects while ensuring all activity is handled professionally and in line with current legislation. Work within a small, supportive HR team in a busy environment requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within an HR role
- A basic understanding of HR processes and UK employment legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines
- Confident managing multiple priorities
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
