Job Summary
HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resources activities across the employee lifecycle in Saudi Arabia. Serve as primary point of contact for employees, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law (including contract issuance, probation, annual leave, EOSB), and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture. Responsibilities include handling employee relations and grievances, end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, governance of GOSI/Qiwa/Muqeem/ministry portals, HR administration (contracts, letters, promotions), payroll support, performance management and KPI tracking, policy implementation aligned with local regulations, and managing government portal transactions. Requires experience with HRIS and MS Office, fluency in Arabic and English, and knowledge of relevant platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Qiwa Platform). Preferred certifications (CIPD/SHRM/CHRP) and ERP/HRMS experience (Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or local solutions).
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia (HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and related government portals
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, organization, and cultural awareness
- CIPD/SHRM/CHRP certification preferred
- Experience with ERP/HRMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or local solutions)
