Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding for various positions within the FMCG sector. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and implement performance appraisal systems while coordinating training initiatives. Support payroll processing, administer benefits programs, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations. Maintain accurate employee records, prepare regular HR reports on turnover and absenteeism, and organize engagement activities such as team-building events and wellness programs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 2-3 years of hands-on FMCG experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience within the FMCG sector
- Proven HR experience within the FMCG industry, with knowledge of the specific HR challenges and dynamics in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Solid understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with employees at all levels
- Ability to address HR issues with tact and discretion, ensuring effective solutions and maintaining a positive work environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple HR responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- High level of accuracy in managing employee records, payroll processing, and compliance documentation
- Familiarity with HR management software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, performance management systems)
- A strong understanding of labor laws specific to the FMCG sector and the ability to apply them in practice
Desired Qualifications
