Recruit and hire international fleet personnel through direct interviews or crew agency collaboration. Plan, organize, and evaluate worldwide fleet assignments in coordination with project teams and ship management. Manage payroll for fleet personnel and maintain daily communication with crew members, ship management, and internal departments. Monitor mandatory maritime certifications, documentation, and required training sessions while responding to crew inquiries. Ensure seamless daily administration and follow-up for onboard colleagues. Based in Capellen, Luxembourg, this role requires fluency in Dutch and English alongside a Master's degree.
