Job Summary
HR Office Clerk based in Napoleon, OH (On-Site, Part-Time 25–28 hours/week) supporting administrative HR tasks in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and separations, addressing routine HR inquiries, updating HR files, organizing documentation, assisting with audits and compliance tracking, and handling confidential information with discretion. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of clerical/administrative experience; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.
