Job Summary
Coordinate team meetings, special events, and daily food services including ordering, stocking, and general housekeeping. Maintain current phone and sign-in sheets, manage supply closets, first aid boxes, and restroom supplies. Process FedEx/UPS packages, hold keys, and oversee vehicle maintenance schedules. Keep company intranet documents updated, assist with proofing board packs and presentations, and manage building badge systems. Coordinate recycling vendors, obtain office design quotes, order furniture, and schedule installations. Archive shared files and support the executive team with travel, scheduling, and expenses. Provide shared service support for all HR team members.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of Internet applications
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative or Office Assistant in a corporate office setting
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree or greater in Human Resources or similar degree preferred but not required
