HR Member (Performance Management Domain) - Talent Management Section, Mobile/RTS Human Resources Department, Group Human Resources Supervisory Department

Screen resumes, interview applicants, and counsel employees on work-related problems, including conducting termination interviews with feedback to management. Write position descriptions, benefit brochures, and employee handbooks while conducting research and analyzing data for assigned projects. Support diversity initiatives and maintain records for EEO and affirmative action reporting. Assist in formulating compensation objectives, manpower goals, performance management strategies, and personnel policies. Build internal and external relationships to resolve problems and provide professional advice, analyzing situations requiring review of multiple factors. Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions and modify processes as required. Requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; full-time role within Rakuten Group's Human Resources Department.
