Manage daily scheduling and roster management for two major clients, Plukon and Ben & Jerry, ensuring optimal staff placement across Goor and Hellendoorn locations. Act as the primary HR contact for international production staff, handling relationship management and providing guidance in multiple languages to ensure seamless HR operations. Coordinate between the central office and client sites to maintain flexible workweek structures while supporting onboarding through the StartUp program.
