Job Summary
Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding, while partnering with business leaders to build efficient pipelines. Design and implement performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and continuous feedback processes, alongside coaching managers on employee growth. Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with organizational objectives, drive engagement and retention programs, and use HR analytics to support workforce planning. Requires 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, an MBA or Master's in Human Resources, and strong stakeholder management skills.
